The Merritt property was purchased in September 1999 and comprises 11,000 square feet of leasable space, which is currently leased to Saan Stores.  Merritt is located at the hub of the Coquihalla Highway system, 270 kilometres northeast of Vancouver, and has a community of 8,000 people and a trading population of approximately 15,000.
